Footwear Dryers:

One year warranty from date of purchase.

Gripping:

30 days from date of purchase.

Insulating:

30 days from date of purchase.

Return products to store of purchase for exchange or refund.

For units that are out of warranty, we have an authorized service provider.

1. Electric Innovations will replace your DryGuy™ DG1 powerheads with a refurbished/reconditioned unit for a fee of $25.00 (service) plus $10.00 (shipping/handling)
2. Remove powerhead from DryGuy™, Sweet16™ or LongRanger™ base, wrap and box it. Please include a brief description of the problem.
3. Include return shipping address, check/money order for $35.00 (Payable to Eric Ferguson)
4. Replacement unit will be shipped out within 24 hours
